today i made cupcakes

the cupcakes are sitting in cupcake wrappers provided by al and karen for christmas and are grown on a cupcake tree given to me by wally. very excellent christmas presents. these cupcakes came from a whitewings box labelled delcious chocolate on chocolate cupcakes. i don't know if they really are all that delicious. i think they are a little packety. i prefer cupcakes from scratch but i couldn't be bothered measuring today. i also decorated them with the most amazing fairy sprinkles in the world. ever.

scarf with pockets

today i finally finished making my very first scarf with pockets. i followed the recipe that was in the lincraft knitting book kindly lent to me by pingrid. sadly my scarf with pockets did not look anything like the one in the book. i think it sort of turned out better except for my shitty sewing work and the colours (but they are melbourne football team colours).
